Make the most of each and every day!

Happy New Year!!! I hope that everyone has had a wonderful beginning to the new year.  Whether you partied out with friends or stayed home with family, we all welcomed in the new year with wishes for good health and many blessings.

This year, I am making only one resolution:  To make the most of each and every day!

Life is too short to do anything else.  Spend quality time with friends and family.  Follow your dreams. Take that trip.  Pull out that special china.  It doesn't matter what this means to you.  Just enjoy!

I have people in my life that think that I've lost my mind with some recent changes that I've made.  Maybe I have lost my mind, ...that is beside the point!  LOL

But the truth is, I am happy with where life is taking me.  I am making changes everyday that are taking me in the direction that I want to go.  I am no longer just existing and making it through each day.  I have taken control of where I am going and I love it!

With the start of the new year, I am going to continue more of the same.  I plan on adding more of my interests to this blog.  So, if you have an interest in the same area, please follow along.  I also know some fascinating people that have done just that and I would like to introduce you to them.  They have chosen to start their own blogs or podcasts.  They have started a writing career while still teaching.  They are starting a homestead on their own.

Once you meet some of these people, you will no longer question following your own dreams.  You will realize that it is just a choice that you make everyday to do something that you love to do.  So, don't let anything stop you this year from what you love (unless it is illegal or immoral...that should stop you! LOL).  But for everything else, go for it!

Who knows?  It might be you that I will be spotlighting by 2016 because you will be an inspiration to other, too!

  1. :) What if I wanted to start preferring the immoral or illegal to the moral and legal? Who are you to judge?

    1. No judging here! Just a legal disclaimer to protect myself. You know, lawsuits just don't sound like very much fun! LOL 😜
